The book is intended to help students of the Technical University of Sofia when solving problems in Engineering Mechanics. It has 12 chapters. Each one of them includes a short theoretical basis, some problems with solutions and some problems for selftesting (with answers).
Contents, volume and level are based on the course programm. The authors have used theoretical concepts and experimental knowledge, as well as their own experience and expertise.
The authors are thankful to all colleagues who helped them in writing this coursebook. Further advice and recommendations will be highly appreciated.
